Protecting Caribbean Biodiversity
Caribaea Initiative’s primary mission is to preserve the exceptional biodiversity of the Caribbean islands, a region that represents a crucial hotspot of global biodiversity, by strengthening the region’s scientific expertise in the fields of study and conservation. The association conducts significant research and action programs in the region and provides financial, material, and intellectual support to Caribbean students in pursuing their academic careers, particularly at the master’s and doctoral levels.
Our Commitment in Switzerland
Since 2022, Caribaea Initiative (Switzerland) has been committed to supporting the efforts of the parent association by enhancing its impact and development. We work to increase the international visibility of the association by organizing cultural and promotional events to raise funds. Additionally, we develop strong partnerships with businesses, commercial sponsors, philanthropic patrons, and voluntary donors.
